Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please read this policy carefully before engaging Anantix for any service. By making a payment to Anantix, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set forth below.

Important: All Anantix services are custom, digital, and service-based in nature. Due to the immediate commencement of work and the non-recoverable investment of time and resources, our ability to offer refunds is strictly limited as described below.

1. Nature of Our Services

Anantix provides bespoke digital services including custom software development, website design and development, SaaS platform development, automation solutions, social media management, and email marketing. These services involve the immediate deployment of skilled resources, planning time, tooling, and infrastructure — all of which are non-recoverable once initiated.

As with any professional services engagement (legal, accounting, consulting), payment secures access to our team's time and expertise. Once that time has been allocated and work has commenced, it cannot be reassigned or refunded.

2. Work Commencement

Work is considered to have formally commenced upon the earliest of the following events after payment is received:

In practice, Anantix begins project onboarding within 24 hours of payment confirmation. This means work commencement typically occurs within the same business day as payment.

A client may request cancellation and be eligible for a partial refund only if all of the following conditions are met:

If all conditions above are satisfied, Anantix will process a refund of the paid amount less a 15% administrative and processing fee to cover payment gateway charges and administrative costs. Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 10–14 business days.

6. Revision & Dispute Resolution

Anantix is committed to client satisfaction. If you have concerns about the quality or scope of work delivered, we encourage you to raise them through our revision process before seeking any cancellation. All packages include a defined number of revision rounds, and disputes regarding deliverable quality must be raised in writing within 5 business days of delivery.

Concerns raised after 5 business days of delivery are considered accepted by the client and are no longer eligible for revision, dispute, or refund consideration.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Anantix and following the process described in this policy is a violation of these Terms. In such cases, Anantix reserves the right to suspend all ongoing services immediately, pursue recovery of costs through available legal means, and provide evidence of work performed to the relevant payment processor or financial institution.

8. Amendments

Anantix reserves the right to update this policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of your payment applies to your engagement. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
