When you interact with Anantix through Facebook or Instagram (such as messaging our page or using our Facebook-connected services), we may receive and store certain information associated with your Facebook account — including your name, profile information, and message content.

You have the right to request deletion of this data at any time. This page explains how.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your personal data held by Anantix, follow these steps:

Send a deletion request by email

Email us at the address below with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

Include your details

Provide your full name, the email address or phone number associated with your inquiry, and the approximate date of your interaction with us so we can locate your records.

We process your request

We will confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete the deletion of your personal data within 30 days of your verified request.

Confirmation sent

Once your data has been deleted, we will send you a confirmation email. Note: we may be required by law to retain certain records (e.g., financial/invoice data) for a defined period even after a deletion request.

Removing Facebook App Permissions

You can also revoke Anantix's access to your Facebook data directly through Facebook's settings at any time:

Revoking app permissions does not automatically delete data already collected. To request deletion of existing data, please follow the email process above.
